Abstract

The organic light-emitting diode display panel comprises: a base substrate; an anode and an auxiliary electrode arranged on the base substrate, wherein the anode and the auxiliary electrode are insulated from each other, a pixel definition layer arranged on the anode and the auxiliary electrode, wherein the pixel definition layer has a pixel opening region exposing the anode and a via exposing the auxiliary electrode; and the luminescent layer and a cathode sequentially arranged on the pixel definition layer, wherein the cathode is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode arranged in the via.
