Abstract
A positive air pressure attenuation device () comprising:—a housing () with an inner central portion () forming a channel (); and an elastic flexible inflatable reservoir () associated to the inner central portion (), whereby the inner central portion () has a wall portion () with a plurality of openings () forming passages between the channel () and the reservoir chamber (A).
