Abstract
The invention provides methods and compositions generally useful to the use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of trace DNA sequences from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) biopsy samples and specifically relevant to the identification of multi-drug resistantin such biopsy samples.
