Abstract
The invention refers to a chuck pallet () with solid groove-sidewalls () for clamping chucks (), whereby the x-y-references () of the chuck pallet () are allocated in the same plane () as the z-references () and the x-y-references () are also allocated at the solid groove-sidewalls (). The solid groove-sidewalls () have thereby a tapered profile.
