A communications systemhas: an eNBhaving a feedback conditions control unitthat controls feedback conditions in accordance with call priority and a control unitthat controls communications with a mobile stationon the basis of feedback information that includes reception quality in the mobile stationand decoding results for a received call, said feedback conditions being for determining whether or not transmission of the feedback information is necessary; and the mobile stationhaving a priority setting unitthat sets a priority level for the mobile station itself, a reception quality measuring unitthat measures the reception quality of reference signals from the eNB, and a feedback requirement determination unitthat determines whether or not transmission of feedback information is required, on the basis of the feedback conditions.
