Abstract

The invention relates to a pressing tool, crimping tool or cutting tool () with a tool jaw () which is supported at a supporting body () by a guidance () having a remaining measuring degree of freedom (). The tool jaw () is supported at the supporting body () in the direction of the measuring degree of freedom () by a mechanical parallel arrangement of an elastic supporting element () and a sensor (). Here, the stiffness of the elastic supporting element () is dimensioned such that for the maximum of the effective working force of the pressing tool, crimping tool or cutting tool () the sensor () has a maximum deflection of at least 0.1 mm or at least 1°.
