Abstract

The pumping installation () comprises a pneumatic pump () for pumping a fluid () and a system () for supplying the pneumatic pump () with compressed gas. The supply system () comprises a source () of compressed gas and a fluidic connection () that fluidly connects the source () to the pneumatic pump (). The pumping installation () also comprises a system () for controlling the supply of the compressed gas to the pneumatic pump (), wherein the control system () comprises a valve () mounted on the fluidic connection () and switchable between a blocking state, in which the valve () prevents the flow of compressed gas between the source () and the pneumatic pump (), and a passing state, in which the valve () allows the circulation of compressed gas between the source () and the pneumatic pump ().
