Abstract

A tire for running on rough terrain comprises a tread portionbound with an intended tire rotational direction. The tread portioncomprises a row of crown blocksand rows of middle blocks. The crown blocksand the middle blockseach has an axially-elongated shape. A crown front edgeof each of the crown blockcomprises a most concave portionpositioned at the most toe-side thereof in the tire rotational direction and a pair of inclined edgesextending from the most concave portiontoward axially both sides thereof and toward the heel-side in the tire rotational direction. The inclined edgesare each inclined at an angle from 10 to 45 degrees with respect to the tire axial direction. A middle front edgeof each of the middle blocksextends axially outwardly and is inclined to the heel-side.
