Abstract

A charge and discharge control device () is a charge and discharge control device that controls the charging and discharging of a plurality of capacitors configured to be removably connected in parallel to a vehicle (), the charge and discharge control device () device comprising a required power input component (), a receiver (), and a priority setting component (). The required power input component () is configured to be inputted a request for power to be supplied to a motor () of the vehicle (). The receiver () is configured to acquire remaining capacity of each of the capacitors (). The priority setting component () is configured to set the priority of use of a plurality of capacitors (AB,C, andD) when supplying the power inputted to the required power input component () on the basis of the remaining capacity acquired by the receiver ().
