Abstract
Provided are compositions suitable as hair styling compositions. Said compositions may comprise (a) at least one salt selected from the group consisting of sodium chloride, magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, calcium phosphate and combinations thereof; and (b) at least one polyglyceryl ester having a structure represented by: wherein: Rand Rare each independently an alkenyl group having 9-21 carbon atoms and at least one unsaturated carbon-carbon bond, G is CH—CH(OH)—CHO, and n ranges from 1 to 15. Also provided are kits and methods of using said compositions.
