Abstract
Makeup removal compositions include at least one branched, alkylated alcohol ester; one or a combination of dialkylated ether and dialkylated carbonate; at least one nonionic surfactant; and at least one vegetable derived oil, wherein the composition is essentially free of water. Articles include the composition infused in a water-insoluble or water-soluble substrate.
