Abstract

A protective circuit () comprises a terminal (), a reference potential terminal () and a protective structure () that is arranged between the terminal () and the reference potential terminal (), and is designed to be conductive in the event of an electrostatic discharge. The protective circuit () furthermore comprises a voltage supply circuit () that is coupled to a control input () of the protective structure () with its output side and is designed for delivering, in the event of radiofrequency interference, a control signal (ST) to the control input () with such a high voltage value that conduction of the protective structure () is prevented.
