Abstract
A light shielding section for inhibiting ambient light from entering a detection spacefor detecting smoke contained in a gas is included, the light shielding section includes an inner labyrinththat covers an outer edge of the detection spaceand has a first inner inflow opening, a detector bodydisposed at a position facing the first inner inflow opening, the position being separated from the first inner inflow openingby a first gap, and an outer labyrinthdisposed at a position separated from the first gapby a second gapon an imaginary line orthogonal to a direction in which the first inner inflow openingand the detector bodyface each other, the imaginary line passing through the first gap, and the gas outside the light shielding section is allowed to flow into the detection spacethrough the second gap, the first gap, and the first inner inflow openingin order.
