Abstract
A device for the jellification/absorption of a water-based fluid, said device comprising a) at least one member comprising at least one absorption material and at least one jellifying agent, and b) at least one container, wherein the at least one jellifying agent is adapted to react with the water-based fluid to form a gel; wherein the at least one member is contained within the at least one container, and wherein the at least one container is made, at least in part, of a water-soluble material.
