Abstract
An information processing apparatus includes an obtainer that obtains video picture data designated by a terminal apparatus from a storage apparatus storing video picture data of a video picture shot by a wearable camera attached to or owned by a police officer or by an on-vehicle camera mounted on a police vehicle, a generator that analyzes a video picture in the obtained video picture data to generate information associated with a case and generates summary video picture data that is a video picture portion as a report target of the case extracted from the video picture data based on the generated information, and a transmitter that transmits the summary video picture data to the terminal apparatus.
