Abstract
A vehicle underbody () has an underbody paneling () with at least one opening () for the at least temporary extension of a rear axle link () therethrough. The opening () is covered by a shiftable flap () and at least one a force accumulator () that biases the flap () toward a position for covering the opening (). The flap () can be shifted counter to a restoring force of the force accumulator () to at least temporarily open the opening ().
