Abstract

An aqueous skin care agentcontains 4 to 85 mass % of water, 13 to 80 mass % of a magnetic powder and a thickener. The magnetic powder contains a ferromagnetic ferrite as a main component and has a mean volume particle diameter being 20 to 100 μm as determined from a particle size distribution obtained by a laser diffraction scattering method. The aqueous skin care agentmay contain a beauty component such as an iontophoretic componentand preferably contain 10 to 45 mass % of glycerin as the thickener.
