Described herein are let-7f miRNA inhibitors and uses thereof. In some embodiments, the let-7f miRNA inhibitors can be capable of reducing method of reducing β-agonist-mediated β-Adrenergic Receptor (βAR) down regulation in a subject in need thereof.
