Abstract
The invention provides polymers having the structure: wherein Q, Q', E, R, a, b, c, d, and n are described herein. The invention further provides compositions comprising the polymers such as, personal care, hair care, coatings, and battery compositions. The invention furthermore provides hair care compositions comprising the polymers described herein.
