The invention relates to distributor blading () having a blade (), including a pressure-side wall () and a suction-side wall (), and an insert () placed in the blade () and including: a closed wall () having an outer skin () extending opposite the pressure-side walls () and suction-side walls (), the outer skin () and the wall of the facing blade () being separated by an air gap (), a series of reinforcements () formed in the closed wall () and leading into the outer skin (), and a series of through-openings formed in the reinforcements (), the heights of impact (h) between said through-openings and the pressure-side wall () or the facing suction-side wall () being greater than the air gap ().
