Abstract

A posture and breathing improvement device, system, and method. The method may include performing an activity that is created using the system. The activity may be a breathing, stretching, meditation, strength, or the like, activity. The method may comprise having the user do a breathing and movement activity simultaneously. The method may comprise leading the user though the movement activity by providing a follow the target dynamic graphic.
