Abstract
The present invention provides a compound represented by the general formula (Ia) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. In the general formula (Ia), two R moieties each independently represent a Calkyl group or the like; and R, Rand Reach independently represent an optionally substituted linear or branched Calkyl group.
