Abstract
A holder () for detachably fastening a flat, approximately rectangular device such as a tablet computer or a smartphone to a component, in particular to a component of a motor vehicle, wherein the holder includes a holding device () for detachably mounting the device and a fastening element () connected to the holding device for connecting the holder to the component, wherein a rotary bearing rotatable about an axis of rotation () is provided, which is connected to the holding device and wherein a pivot bearing connected to the rotary bearing is provided, which is connected to the fastening element.
