Abstract
A ground conductor () having slots (to) for radiating electromagnetic waves, a ground conductor () in which cavities () recessed in a direction away from the ground conductor () is formed in positions opposite to the slots (to) of the grounding conductor (), and central conductors (to, and) arranged in positions overlapping with the slots (to), respectively, between the ground conductor () and the ground conductor () are provided. The central conductors (to, and) are arranged such that the ground conductor () is closer to them than the ground conductor ().
