Provided are transformedplants having blue flower color, their self-fertilized progenies or cross-fertilized progenies thereof, a vegetative propagated plants thereof, and a part, a tissue or a cell of the plant body. Anthocyanin 3',5′-O-glucosyltransferase gene (CtA3′5′GT) derived fromand flavonoid 3′,5′-hydroxylase gene derived from(CamF3′5′H) are coexpressed inpetals.
