Provided are: a lamp body () housing a light source; a joint () secured to a lower portion of the lamp body (); a bracket () connected with the joint (); and an actuator () including a movable shaft () that moves upward and downward. The joint () is connected to the bracket () through a fulcrum member () pivotable to the bracket (), and the movable shaft () is connected to the joint () on the rear side of the fulcrum member ().
