Abstract

There is provided a vehicle control device that allows high-speed diagnosis of a current breaker while assuring the accuracy of the current flowing to a load during the operation of the load. A smoothing capacitor () is connected in parallel to linear solenoid valves (and). A current breaker () and a reverse connection protector () are connected in series from a battery () to a first connection point (P) between the linear solenoid valves (and) and the smoothing capacitor (). A discharge unit (DU) is connected to a second connection point (P) between the breaker () and the reverse connection protector () to discharge electric charge from the second connection point (P).
