Abstract

Provided is a contact that has a reduced profile and is capable of demonstrating an excellent transmission characteristic with respect to a high frequency signal. A contact () according to the present disclosure is the contact () of a first connector () coupled to a second connector () in order to electrically couple a circuit board (CB) and a circuit board (CB) together, and includes: a first contact portion () that comes into contact with a contact () of the second connector () when the first connector () and the second connector () are coupled together; a pair of latches () latched to a first insulator () of the first connector (); and a bend () that couples the pair of latches () together. The bend () is formed in a position lower than a part of the first contact portion () that protrudes the most toward the bend ().
