Abstract

Disclosed is a detection device for an ion count in tumor-related molecules and a usage method thereof. The detection device comprises an air sample chamber (), a first solenoid valve (), an ionization chamber (), a filament (), a second solenoid valve (), a vacuum generator (), a high-voltage accelerating electrode (), an ion collecting electrode () and an ion counter (). The air sample chamber () is connected to the ionization chamber () through the first solenoid valve (). The filament () is arranged at a left end of the ionization chamber (). A lower end of the ionization chamber () is connected to the vacuum generator () through the second solenoid valve (). The high-voltage accelerating electrode () and the ion collecting electrode () are successively arranged at a right end of the ionization chamber (). The ion collecting electrode () is connected to the ion counter ().
