Abstract

The present invention relates to highly soluble, non-fluorescent and photostable myosin inhibitors; especially, for in vivo inhibition of the ATPase activity of neuronal non-muscle myosin 2 of formula (II): wherein Q, Q, Q, Q, R, R, Rand Rare as defined in claim. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions or medicaments comprising the compounds of the invention and processes for manufacturing these compounds and their intermediates.
