Abstract
The invention relates to a people conveyor drive () of a people conveyor () comprising a plurality of treads () interconnected to form an endless tread band (). The people conveyor drive () comprises a tension member drive system () configured for driving the endless tread band (), and a shaft () having a shaft main portion () and at least one shaft support portion ().
