Abstract
A permanent magnet is expressed by a composition formula: RFeMCuCo. M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Zr, Ti, and Hf. The magnet includes a crystal grain having a main phase including a TbCucrystal phase, and a volume ratio of the TbCucrystal phase to the main phase is 95% or more.
