The radial seal includes a first leg received in the first side channel of a first of the pair of rotary components, a second leg received in the second side channel of a second of the pair of rotary components (), and a resiliently deformable body extending therebetween, the body including a U-shaped portion located generally centrally between the first leg and the second leg.
