Abstract
A phosphor wheel () includes: a first surface having a disk shape; a second surface opposite the first surface; a phosphor layer () having an annular shape and being provided on the first surface; a plurality of openings (); and a plurality of first blade parts (). The plurality of openings () are disposed radially inward of the annular-shaped phosphor layer () and arrayed along a circumferential direction. The plurality of first blade parts () are located respectively adjacent to the plurality of openings () in the first surface and configured to blow air to a surface of the phosphor layer ().
