Abstract
A construction machine capable of achieving favorable operability in a combined operation is provided. A hybrid excavator includes: a boom cylinderdriven by hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump; a swing hydraulic motordriven by hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump; a swing electric motorconnected mechanically with the swing hydraulic motor; an inverterthat controls operation of the swing electric motor; and a controllerthat outputs to the invertera torque command value for controlling electric driving torque or electricity generating torque of the swing electric motor.
