Abstract

A convolutely wound tube () is formed of a composite sheet including a first sheet () and a second sheet (). The convolutely wound tube includes a first segment () formed of a plurality of convolute windings () of the first sheet, a second segment () formed of directly adhered and overlapping portions of the first sheet and the second sheet, and a third segment () formed of the second sheet wrapped about and overlying the first sheet. The second segment is an underwrap portion positioned between a layer of the first sheet and a layer of the second sheet.
