Abstract

Determining a group of participants for a collaborative messaging session includes receiving a user message containing a request for information, determining one or more keywords associated with the user message, and determining a group for the collaborative messaging session. A queue length for the group is determined, and one or more candidates is determined based on the one or more candidates being associated with the one or more keywords in which a number of the one or more candidates based upon the queue length. An invitation is transmitted to each candidate to join the collaborative messaging session.
