Abstract

A device for adjusting position of a display screen, the device () comprising: a front support () for holding the display screen (); motor means () for adjusting the inclination of the front support (); characterized in that it further comprises: a pair of horizontal infrared (IR) sensors () configured to be positioned in parallel to a horizontal axis of the display screen (); a pair of vertical infrared (IR) sensors () configured to be positioned in parallel to a vertical axis of the display screen (); and a controller () configured to measure the intensity of a signal received from a remote control unit () by the IR sensors (), and control the motor means () depending on the signal intensity measured by the IR sensors ().
