Abstract

A furniture item () includes a supporting plane () defining a top supporting plane surface (). A wiring assembly () is associated with the supporting plane (), arranged outside the supporting plane () and above the top supporting plane surface (), extending with respect to the top surface () moving away to create a barrier of discontinuity of the top supporting plane surface (). The wiring assembly () includes a body () having a shoulder wall () extending outside the supporting plane surface (). The body () defines an inner channel () within the assembly () and adapted to receive power supply and/or service devices () therein. The inner channel () extends in a direction substantially parallel to the top supporting plane surface (). A fastening device () fastens the wiring assembly () to the supporting plane ().
