Abstract

A transmission method, a mobile communication terminal and a network side device are provided. The transmission method includes: receiving uplink grant information transmitted from a network side device; determining a subframe offset value in accordance with a first subframe number of a reference subframe where the uplink grant information is located, an UL/DL configuration of a current frame structure, and a processing time capability of a user; determining a target subframe, the target subframe being an uplink subframe or a special subframe, a difference between a second subframe number of the target subframe and the first subframe number being equal to the subframe offset value; and transmitting a PUSCH within the target subframe.
