Abstract
An operating method for an electronic device comprising the steps of: monitoring a far-field proximity sensor of the electronic device for far-field detection of a user approach; responsive to said far-field detection, monitoring a near-field proximity sensor of the electronic device for near-field detection of a user approach; and responsive to said far-field detection and/or said near-field detection, providing a visual indication of an interaction zone for the electronic device.
