Abstract
A cathode material for a lithium-ion secondary battery of the present invention is active material particles including central particles represented by LiAMPOand a carbonaceous film that coats surfaces of the central particles, in which a median diameter is 0.50 μm or more and 0.80 μm or less, and a chromaticity b* in an L*a*b* color space is 1.9 or more and 2.3 or less.
