Abstract
A portable information handling system folds a flexible display over a hinge and selectively engages a stylus writing tip to make inputs at the flexible display based upon operating conditions of the flexible display. For instance, an information handling system communicates to a stylus a pressure constraint determined from current and historical operating conditions so that the stylus restricts excessive pressure from application to the display, such as by automatically selecting a writing tip with a greater surface area.
