Abstract
The invention relates to a brake pad mounting of a vehicle disc brake with brake pads () arranged in a pad seat () on both sides of a radially extending brake disc, with a rigid downholder () running transversely over the brake pads (), and with a leaf spring () extending along the downholder (). Same is supported with its two spring ends against a respective counter bearing on the one side, and on a spring segment arranged between the spring ends against the side of the downholder () facing away from the brake pads () on the other side. In order to provide a solution to the problem of strong movements of the brake pads in certain driving states, e.g. in the event of strong vibrations of the disc brake, one of the two counter bearings (A) is situated on a blocking bearing or counter bearing element () which can be rotatably moved about an axis (A) which extends in the circumferential direction of the brake pad (). At least one stop () is configured on the blocking or counter bearing element (), which is situated opposite a counter stop () configured on the brake pad ().
