Abstract
A biflavone-copper complex, a preparation method and application thereof are disclosed. The biflavone-copper complex has the following structural formula: wherein, X is NOor Cl. A method of preparing the biflavone-copper complex includes the following steps: dissolving a copper salt in an alcohol and then adding into a biflavone alcoholic solution, controlling pH to 5-7; under heating and stirring, performing a reaction for 2-5 h to form a precipitate; filtering the precipitate, washing the precipitate with alcohol and water, recrystallizing the precipitate using dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent, and drying the precipitate to obtain the biflavone-copper complex. The biflavone-copper complex is used for preparing an antitumor drug and/or an antioxidant drug.
