Abstract
A method of manufacturing a composite textile fabric is provided. The method includes the step of simultaneously forming and depositing fine fibers on a textile. The textile is at least one of a woven fabric, a knit fabric, and a fleece fabric. The fine fibers have an average diameter of less than 1.2 micron. The method also includes the step of bonding the fine fibers to form a membrane layer on the textile.
