Abstract

A spiral spring () has an inner circumferential end () fixed to a rotor () and an outer circumferential end () fixed to a plate () of a housing (), and biases the rotor () in one direction with respect to the housing (). A projection () protrudes from the plate (), and stops radially outward expansion of an outermost winding () of the spiral spring (). A clip () has a first portion () coming in contact with the outermost winding () of the spiral spring (), and is attached to the projection () by elastic force of the clip ().
