Abstract
An identification sheet (X) according to the present invention includes a backing sheet () and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (). The backing sheet () bears a distinguishing mark (M). The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet () has a multilayer structure including a substrate layer () and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (). The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer () is removably attachable to the backing sheet (). The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet () bears a distinguishing mark (M).
