A bioelectrode includes a fitting member () formed by an electrically insulating member fixed on a surface of a garment () that comes in contact with a living body (), an electrode part () formed by a conductive member fixed on a surface of the fitting member () that comes in contact with the living body (), a connector () fixed to the fitting member () and configured to connect a bioelectric signal measurement device, a wiring line () fixed to the fitting member () and configured to electrically connect the connector () and the electrode part (), and an electrically-insulating insulating member () configured to cover a portion within the surface of the wiring line () that comes in contact with the living body ().
