Abstract
A method of scanning a clothed human subject (), the method comprising obtaining first scan data using a first scanner () by illuminating the subject with a first source of radiation adapted for scanning soft tissue surfaces hidden by the subject's clothing; and obtaining second scan data by illuminating the subject's torso with a second source of radiation (-) that is directed more towards the subject's torso than towards other parts of their body, wherein the second source of radiation comprises tissue penetrating radiation.
